**Job Summary**
As a Customer Care Agent, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional support to our students, addressing their inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and guiding them through program enrollment and completion. You'll be responsible for monitoring student progress, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with the planning and execution of virtual student events and engagement initiatives. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional support to prospective and current students, addressing their inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and guiding them through program enrollment and completion
* Act as the first point of contact for students, responding to emails, phone calls, and live chat requests in a timely and professional manner
* Monitor student progress and engagement, identifying areas for improvement and escalating complex concerns as needed
* Assist students with platform navigation and technical troubleshooting, ensuring a seamless experience
* Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress, using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and customer support tools (Zendesk, live chat, email support)
* Assist in the planning and execution of virtual student events and engagement initiatives, promoting student engagement and retention
* Identify and escalate complex student concerns, working closely with internal teams to resolve issues and improve student outcomes
**Requirements**
* 3-7+ years of experience in customer service, student support, or sales, preferably in an education or wellness-related field
* Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and provide outstanding customer care
* Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and customer support tools (Zendesk, live chat, email support)
* Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and remain adaptable in a fast-paced environment
* A passion for health, wellness, and education is a plus
* Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
