**Responsibilities**
As a part-time Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about products and services, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review.
* Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review and developing a knowledge base of evolving products and services.
* Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer service.
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide informed and expert advice to customers.
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it's a plus!).
* Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change.
* A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and enjoy a quick-paced work environment.
* A strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous experience in a similar role or industry.
* Gaming experience (yes, you read that right!).
* A strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
**Requirements**
* Must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, or Wisconsin.
* Must own your own computer or laptop with a webcam and microphone.
* Must be able to attend four weeks of paid, remote training via Zoom Tuesday through Saturday from the hours of 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM EDT.
* Must be able to work five days a week, including a Saturday or Sunday.
