**Responsibilities**
As a Part-time Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to help customers find the information they need
* Providing product and service information to customers, including details about automotive and recreational vehicle sales, service, finance, and general dealership questions
* Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and ensure seamless communication between customers and our dealer clients
* Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our ever-evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest industry trends and developments
* Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, helping our dealer clients to build strong relationships with their customers
* Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights to help our dealer clients improve their online presence and customer service
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry, although not necessary
* The ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
* Basic internet and window-based computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple conversations and tasks simultaneously
* A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* The ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
* Gaming experience is a plus, as it demonstrates your ability to think on your feet and handle multiple tasks at once
**Requirements**
To join our team, you'll need to:
* Attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday-Saturday between the hours of 10:00am-6:30pm CST
* Work 5-hour time blocks daily after completing training
* Meet the typing speed requirement of at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
* Demonstrate a positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Show your ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment
* Have gaming experience, although not required
