**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Overnight Customer Service Representative to join our team of remote customer service agents. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for our customers. This is a full-time, remote position that requires a strong customer service background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
**Key Responsibilities**
As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for the following functions on a daily basis:
* **File Disputes**: Customers who call in suspecting fraud on their account must file a dispute for the charges, and must have their debit card shut down for safety.
* **Express Empathy**: Potential bank account fraud is serious, and scary for customers. The agent must be able to maintain an empathetic and professional tone throughout all calls.
* **Off-Hours Availability**: This job is 100% Nights, 100% Weekends, and 100% Holidays. This is not a traditional 9 to 5, and no traditional hours exist except for holidays.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:
* **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required, and an Associate's degree is preferred.
* **Age Requirement**: You must be at least 18 years of age to apply.
* **Background Check**: A background check is required for this position.
* **Excellent Communication Skills**: You must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* **Technical Requirements**: You will need to have a WIRED High-Speed Internet Connection with a minimum of 50 Mbps (No Wifi), an Android (OS 11.0 or higher) or iPhone (iOS 15 or higher) Smartphone, and either a Smartphone with Unlimited Minutes or a Landline Phone.
* **Problem-Solving Ability**: You must be able to problem-solve and think critically.
