**Responsibilities**
As an Overnight Call Center Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in connecting clients with interpreters over the phone, providing exceptional customer service, and exceeding customer expectations. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Assisting clients by gathering accurate information and connecting them with an interpreter over the phone
* Handling high-volume calls pleasantly and efficiently
* Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a highly satisfying customer experience
* Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
* Utilizing strong computer skills to learn new software and navigate our systems
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A personal computer with a working camera and internet connection (required for remote work during the Covid-19 pandemic)
* Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Proven success in a previous customer service or call center position
* Ability to work remotely in emergency situations
