**Responsibilities**
As an Overnight Call Center Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Assisting clients by gathering accurate information and connecting them with interpreters over the phone
* Handling high-volume calls with a positive and efficient attitude
* Providing exceptional customer service that exceeds client expectations
* Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion
* Collaborating with our team to resolve client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A personal computer with a working camera and internet connection (required for remote work during the Covid-19 pandemic)
* Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software
