**Key Responsibilities**
As an Outreach Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- **Research and Identification**: Research and identify Airbnb hosts who may benefit from our services, using a combination of online research, social media, and industry insights.
- **Outreach and Communication**: Contact Airbnb hosts via email, social media, or other platforms, presenting our service offerings and clearly communicating the benefits of 24/7 customer support, technical assistance, and marketing strategies.
- **Relationship Building**: Build and maintain relationships with hosts through follow-up communications and providing answers to any initial questions, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
- **Lead Tracking and Reporting**: Keep track of outreach efforts, responses, and leads using CRM tools or spreadsheets, providing regular updates and insights to our team.
- **Meet Targets**: Meet weekly outreach and lead generation targets, working closely with our team to achieve our goals and exceed expectations.
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- **Experience in Sales, Marketing, or Outreach**: A proven track record in sales, marketing, or outreach, particularly in the vacation rental or Airbnb space.
- **Strong Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical services and marketing strategies in an easy-to-understand manner.
