As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented group of professionals who share your passion for making a positive impact. **About the Role** As our Operations, Sales, and Customer Service Associate, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Operations and Sales teams. This hybrid position is mostly remote, with some in-person work in our Seattle, WA office. You'll be responsible for processing orders and customer-facing tasks for both B2B and B2C, including: * Order processing for key accounts and independent retailers * Wholesale portal order approvals * B2B and B2C customer service **Key Responsibilities** * Process orders and manage inventory for key accounts and independent retailers * Approve wholesale portal orders and manage customer relationships * Provide exceptional customer service to B2B and B2C customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Collaborate with the Operations and Sales teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes * Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts and independent retailers * Analyze sales data and provide insights to inform business decisions * Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve processes and customer experiences **About You** We're looking for a proactive and self-motivated individual who is comfortable working under tight timelines with minimal supervision.
