**Job Summary**
As an Operations Process Manager, you'll be responsible for managing store operations processes for specific areas of responsibility and driving process improvements that support the needs of our stores and field teams. You'll work closely with our Operations Strategy Team and other stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic solutions. **Key Responsibilities**
* Analyze complex problems and communicate effective solutions to the team and the field, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to operations.
* Develop and implement process improvements that enhance overall store operations and drive value to our bottom line. Manage core store operations projects and/or process improvements, ensuring successful execution and timely completion.
* Manage day-to-day processes related to your area of responsibility, creating and maintaining project work plans to ensure seamless execution.
* Identify and mitigate issues and roadblocks that arise related to your area of responsibility, taking proactive steps to resolve problems and minimize downtime.
* Respond promptly to unanticipated store needs, managing action steps necessary for successful execution of strategic projects/initiatives and process improvements.
* Communicate effectively with the field/stores and throughout arenaflex, building strong partnerships and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
* Prepare and deliver high-level insights and recommendations based on multiple analyses of industry/business, competitive landscape, and consumer data for your area of expertise.
* Provide guidance and training specific to your area of expertise, assisting in the development of findings from data and making verbal/written recommendations.
* Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base regarding specific operations and processes within store operations, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
**Leadership and Management**
* Direct and indirect reports typically include 2-5 Business Analysts, whom you'll mentor and develop to achieve their full potential.
* You'll frequently persuade or influence others to achieve shared goals and objectives, assigning and reviewing work to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
* You'll consider diverse options and procedures when solving problems, applying your expertise and judgment to drive effective solutions.
**Travel Requirements**
* Overnight travel is less than 10% of the time, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance and minimize travel-related stress.
**Working Conditions**
* You'll work in a comfortable indoor area, with frequent opportunities to move about and minimal exposure to unpleasant conditions.
* You'll work under constant pressure to meet tight deadlines, demanding quotas, and challenging situations, requiring exceptional time management and problem-solving skills.
**Minimum Qualifications**
* You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to work in the United States.
* A bachelor's degree in a field related to the job is required, demonstrating your ability to apply theoretical knowledge in a practical setting.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* PMI certification is preferred, demonstrating your expertise in project management and process improvement.
* 3 years of retail experience or process management in a related area is preferred, showcasing your ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
**Competencies**
* Strong business, functional, and/or store knowledge for your area of responsibility is essential, demonstrating your expertise and understanding of our operations.
* Leadership and management experience is preferred, showcasing your ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
* Strong operations, retail, and/or field experience is required, highlighting your ability to drive results in a dynamic environment.
* Ability to partner/communicate well with the field/stores is critical, demonstrating your ability to build strong relationships and foster a culture of collaboration and excellence.
* High sense of urgency in responding to field needs is essential, showcasing your ability to prioritize tasks and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong big picture; strategic thinking skills are required, demonstrating your ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
