As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat. If you're a strong communicator with a customer-centric approach, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Responsibilities** As an Online Customer Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Creating and managing service tickets, scheduling appointments, and reviewing customer account information * Performing outbound calls with existing customers to promote products and services * Answering inbound phone calls and responding to email inquiries * Utilizing strong communication skills to empathize with customers and prioritize their needs * Maintaining accurate records and updating customer information in our CRM system * Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues * Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge **Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Strong English verbal and written communication skills * Excellent email handling skills and attention to detail * Strong customer service focus with the ability to empathize and prioritize customers' needs * Ability to multi-task and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously * Solid sales acumen and a determination to succeed * Personal accountability and a strong work ethic * Minimum typing skills of 30 words per minute * Contact Center background preferred * Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus **What We Offer** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing a comprehensive benefits package that supports your career growth and well-being.
