**The Role**
As an Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer support to our clients and their customers. You'll be responsible for interacting with visitors on our clients' websites via our online chat software, answering their questions, and resolving their concerns in real-time. This is a remote position, which means you'll have the flexibility to work from home and enjoy a better work-life balance.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Answer incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
* Evaluate customer interactions and elevate issues to the Online Chat Manager when appropriate
* Create relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs
* Respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately
* Promote interest in client products and services
* Continually portray and project a positive and professional image
* Provide administrative support to the customer service team
* May assist with overflow work and other duties as needed
**What We're Looking For**
* A strong work ethic with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment
* PC keyboarding and internet experience
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal
* An upbeat, positive attitude and professional demeanor
* Articulate and well-accustomed to a client-facing role
* The ability to compose professional emails
* Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English
* Basic technical skills (able to navigate through smartphone and computer applications)
