Key Responsibilities:

- Assist Students in Online and On-Ground Courses: Provide academic support to students in online and on-ground courses, including specific content areas, as needed.
- Uphold Academic Integrity: Ensure that all academic coaching and support services are provided in accordance with Workwarp's policies and procedures, and in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with Faculty and Staff: Work closely with faculty and staff to identify students who may be at risk of academic difficulty and develop strategies to support their success.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Science, Math, English, or a medical-related discipline from an institution accredited by a recognized U.S. accrediting agency.
- Teaching/Tutoring Experience: Demonstrated experience in teaching or tutoring, with a strong understanding of online research protocols and learning management systems, preferably Canvas.
- Knowledge of APA Format: Familiarity with APA format and citation guidelines.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, faculty, and staff.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree: A master's degree in Education, Psychology, Science, Math, English, or a medical-related discipline.
- Experience with Online Learning: Experience working with online learning platforms and technologies.
- Student Support Services: Experience providing student support services, such as academic advising, counseling, or tutoring.
