As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office systems. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your skills and expertise to drive success. **Key Responsibilities** As an Office Clerk/Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for: * Entering daily work orders into our systems * Assembling and reconciling reports * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records * Providing exceptional customer service and communication with various departments * Utilizing Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word * Performing other duties as assigned by management **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * 1 year of data entry experience (typing at least 40 wpm) in operations or a similar service environment * 1 year of office clerk experience * Excellent organizational and prioritization skills * Attention to detail and accuracy * Good communication skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in recycling would be an asset * Microsoft Excel experience (1 year or more) * Familiarity with industry software **Physical Demands** As a remote worker, you'll need to be able to: * Use a computer and related devices, such as a keyboard or mouse, throughout the workday * Sit for long periods of time * Bend, stoop, or stand for short periods of time **Work Environment and Culture** At careerzynith, we're committed to creating a workplace that's both challenging and rewarding.
