**Shift Details**
As a Night Shift Customer Service Representative, you'll work Sunday through Thursday, 10:00 p.m. – 6:30 a.m. CST. While this is a remote position, you must live within 35 miles of Kaukauna, WI, to facilitate in-office training. **About the Role**
As a Night Shift Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Scheduling, assigning, and monitoring loads using TruckMate or similar Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
* Communicating with drivers and driver managers to align schedules and priorities
* Monitoring load progress to ensure on-time pickup and delivery
* Addressing customer and driver concerns with professionalism and clarity
* Balancing the needs of drivers, dispatchers, and customers to ensure smooth night operations
* Maintaining accurate records and inputting updates within our systems
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to drivers and customers via phone, email, and chat
* Utilize TruckMate or similar TMS to schedule, assign, and monitor loads
* Communicate with drivers and driver managers to ensure smooth operations
* Monitor load progress to ensure on-time pickup and delivery
* Address customer and driver concerns with professionalism and clarity
* Maintain accurate records and input updates within our systems
**What We're Looking For**
* Prior experience in a transportation, dispatch, or logistics support role
* Familiarity with TruckMate or similar TMS (a strong plus)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
* Ability to stay organized and focused during overnight hours
* Tech-savvy, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
* Must be located in the U.S. and authorized to work in the U.S.
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* 1-2 years of experience in a transportation, dispatch, or logistics support role
* Familiarity with TruckMate or similar TMS (a strong plus)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (transportation, logistics, business, etc.)
* 2-3 years of experience in a transportation, dispatch, or logistics support role
