**Experienced Member Services Representative – Remote Customer Service**

As a Member Services Representative, you'll be part of the Payments and Digital Strategy team in the arenaflex Credit Union, working on a variety of tasks related to check processing, object processing, direct deposits, and budget transfers. If you're looking for a role that offers flexibility, growth opportunities, and a dynamic work environment, this might be the perfect fit for you. **Why You'll Love This Job** As a Member Services Representative, you'll have the opportunity to work on a range of tasks, including: * Completing data access and balancing tasks * Coordinating return objects with contributors, vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions * Assisting other departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and accounting standard ledger balancing * Working on member cases and sports assigned * Following and maintaining guidelines and procedures to ensure compliance with NACHA regulations and guidelines and Federal Banking laws * Processing mortgage bills, multi-account and member deposits, credit card bills, and other checks, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff checks * Reviewing, examining, and approving Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products * Logging, reviewing, and making important GL, account changes, and/or returns * Processing Stop Pays and Check Batching * Completing daily balancing and department closing * Obtaining information from contributors for the timely and correct processing of international and domestic budget transfer requests * Researching and affirming incoming and outgoing budget transfer information * Communicating with vendors to process budget transfers * Understanding and being familiar with outgoing and incoming budget transfer laws * Depositing check returns, reviewing member draft changes, processing member checks, affirming contributors for outgoing budget transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing budget transfers * Completing daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, international collections, and legal fees **All You'll Need for Success** To excel in this role, you'll need: * A high school degree or GED * Intermediate Excel and Word experience * A minimum of 1-2 years of customer/member service experience * Previous banking or Credit Union experience * Episys/Symitar and processing wires experience * Strong skills in Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) * Ability to work prolonged hours in aid of business needs * Ability to exercise excellent customer service skills * Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple responsibilities, and function as an integral part of a team * Ability to perform mathematical calculations and review data * Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet time limits under high volume pressure * Ability to cross-train and perform any position assigned within the department * Ability to interact professionally with all personnel and contributors * Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision * Ability to self-motivate with strong employer skills and ability for attention to detail **What You'll Get** As a Member Services Representative at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including: * Travel Perks: Ready to explore the world?
