**Experienced Member Services Representative – Payments and Digital Strategy Team**

If you're passionate about making a difference, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are eager to take your career to new heights, this is the perfect opportunity for you. **Why You'll Love This Role** As a Member Services Representative, you will be an integral part of the Payments and Digital Strategy team, responsible for ensuring seamless transactions, resolving member inquiries, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. Your expertise will be essential in processing checks, direct deposits, and budget transfers, as well as reviewing and approving remote deposit, mobile, and ATM transactions. You will work closely with various departments to resolve member cases, address fraud concerns, and balance accounting ledgers. **Key Responsibilities** * Complete data access and balancing tasks to ensure accurate financial records * Coordinate return items with contributors, vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions * Assist other departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and accounting standard ledger balancing * Work member cases/assignments and follow established guidelines and procedures to ensure compliance with NACHA regulations and Federal Banking laws * Process mortgage bills, multi-account and member deposits, credit card bills, and other checks, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff checks * Review, examine, and approve remote deposit, mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products * Log, review, and make necessary GL, account changes, and/or returns * Process Stop Pays and Check Batching * Complete daily balancing and department closing * Obtain information from members for timely and accurate processing of international and domestic budget transfer requests * Research and verify incoming and outgoing budget transfer information * Communicate with vendors to process budget transfers * Understand and be familiar with outgoing and incoming budget transfer regulations * Deposit check returns, review member check returns on draft changes, process member checks, verify members for outgoing budget transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing budget transfers * Complete daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, international collections, and legal fees **All You'll Need for Success** * Minimum Qualifications: + High school degree or GED + Intermediate Excel and Word experience * Preferred Qualifications: + Previous customer/member service experience + Previous banking or Credit Union experience + Episys/Symitar and processing wires experience * Skills, Licenses & Certifications: + Skilled in Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) through work experience or education and hands-on use of the software + Ability to work prolonged hours in support of business needs + Ability to exercise excellent customer service skills + Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple responsibilities, and function as an integral part of a team + Ability to perform mathematical calculations and review data + Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet time limits under high volume pressure + Ability to cross-train and perform any position assigned within the department + Ability to interact professionally with all personnel and members + Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision + Ability to self-motivate with strong employer skills and ability for attention to detail + Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet time limits + Ability to maintain excellent performance and attendance + Must pass relevant arenaflex and Credit Union pre-employment compliance exams **What You'll Get** As a valued member of the arenaflex team, you'll enjoy a range of benefits that will enhance your work-life balance, career growth, and overall well-being.
