**Responsibilities**
As a Medical Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing exceptional phone support to hospitals and patients, handling calls in a timely and efficient manner
* Assisting patients effectively by clarifying their questions and ensuring they receive the information they need
* Problem-solving champion: Working through issues by pinpointing the root cause, researching solutions, implementing the best option, and escalating unresolved matters when necessary

**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
* **Essential Qualifications:**
+ 1-2 years of experience working in a call center, preferably in the healthcare industry
+ High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
+ Epic Software experience highly preferred
+ Bi-lingual a plus
+ Ability to undergo a criminal background check, provide proof of ownership of a high school diploma, GED, or transcripts, and complete a drug screen testing (testing for THC)
* **Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Experience in Medical Claims and/or Insurance
+ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* **Technical Requirements:**
+ High-speed internet with a minimum of 50 Mbps download/20 Mbps upload speed
+ Ability to hard wire via Ethernet cable
