**Key Responsibilities:**
As an Experienced Manager State & Higher Education, you will be responsible for:
* Coaching and professionally developing Field Government Account Managers and designated portfolio management
* Executing strategic direction of SLED managed travel accounts
* Increasing sales and establishing formal partnerships with State, Local, and Higher Education managed travel accounts
* Broadening awareness of careerzynith corporate travel programs and services
* Identifying, hiring, onboarding, and training a sales organization of trusted Advisors in the managed travel industry
* Collaborating with fellow Leaders to drive business growth and innovation
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
* Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field
* Proven track record of success in increasing sales and establishing partnerships
* Strong leadership and coaching skills, with experience in developing and managing high-performing teams
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
* Experience in the managed travel industry, with a strong understanding of SLED managed travel accounts
* Certification in sales, account management, or a related field
* Experience in training and developing sales teams
* Strong knowledge of careerzynith products and services

**Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:**
careerzynith offers a competitive compensation package, including:
* Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience

**Eligibility:**
This role is offered as a remote workplace position, which may require travel for training, meetings, conferences, etc. Outside of those required visits, the majority of your working time may be spent in a remote location, away from our Corporate Campus. Please note, while this is a remote position, there is a limited group of states or localities ineligible for Employees to regularly perform their work.
