This dynamic leader will coach and professionally develop Field Government Account Managers and designated portfolio management, driving sales growth, establishing formal partnerships, and broadening awareness of arenaflex's corporate travel programs and services to State, Local, and Higher Education managed travel accounts.

**Key Responsibilities**
As the Manager State & Higher Education, you'll be responsible for:
* Coaching and professionally developing Field Government Account Managers and designated portfolio management to achieve sales growth and establish formal partnerships
* Executing strategic direction for State, Local, and Higher Education managed travel accounts
* Broadening awareness of arenaflex's corporate travel programs and services to State, Local, and Higher Education managed travel accounts
* Identifying, hiring, onboarding, and training a sales organization of trusted Advisors in the managed travel industry
* Collaborating with fellow Leaders to drive business growth and innovation
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform strategic decision-making
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
* 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field
* Proven track record of driving sales growth and establishing formal partnerships
* Excellent coaching and leadership skills, with the ability to develop and motivate a team
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
* Experience in the managed travel industry or a related field
* Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
* Certification in sales, account management, or a related field
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

**Compensation, Perks, and Benefits**
arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:
* Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience
