If you're a strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling and a knack for extracting actionable insights from complex data sets, we want to hear from you. **Your Impact** As a Manager of Customer Insights on the LMN team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategic learning plans that drive business growth and optimize media investments for our clients. You'll work closely with sales and account management teams to formulate media strategies that resonate with our clients' business objectives. Your expertise will be sought after by internal partners and external clients alike, as you synthesize disparate data sources into actionable recommendations that inform future media investments. **What You'll Do** * Develop and execute annual strategic learning plans that drive business growth and optimize media investments for our clients * Lead Quarterly Business Review Process with our top clients, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on key performance indicators * Serve as the subject matter expert for media performance reporting, providing insights and recommendations to internal partners and external clients * Synthesize disparate data from multiple sources into strategic recommendations for future media investments, delivering these insights to both internal leadership and external vendor-partners * Oversee the development and codification of best practices in media performance evaluation, data visualization, standardized reporting, and insights * Craft compelling data stories that support sales pitches, case studies, and other key deliverables * Oversee omnichannel advertising efforts, aggregating insights to support client-facing teams and informing data-driven decision-making * Partner with Product and Ad Tech teams to provide input on reporting capabilities based on client feedback * Integrate knowledge across the Customer Insights & Analytics team to bring relevant insights to Lowe's LMN Insights team and the broader retail media business **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, Econometrics, Information Sciences, or Applied Quantitative * 5 years of experience in insights and analytics, with a focus on retail media or general media analytics * Proven experience in analytical, decision-making, and project management * Expertise in storytelling with data and presenting data stories in a compelling and easy-to-understand way * Experience with A/B testing and Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel) * Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or similar tools **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Market Research, Behavioral Psychology, MBA) * Proven experience leading teams and driving business impact * Experience managing global teams and working in a retail environment * Familiarity with analytic/research software (e.g., SPSS, Wincross, Sawtooth, SAS, Decipher, Qualtrics, etc.) **About arenaflex** arenaflex is a FORTUNE 50 home improvement company serving approximately 16 million customer transactions a week in the United States.
