**Your Impact**
As a Manager of Customer Insights, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on arenaflex's retail media business by:
* Developing and executing annual strategic learning plans that drive business growth and customer satisfaction
* Leading Quarterly Business Review Process with top clients to ensure alignment and optimization of media investments
* Serving as a subject matter expert for media performance reporting, providing insights and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders
* Synthesizing disparate data from multiple sources to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth
* Overseeing the development and codification of best practices in media performance evaluation, data visualization, and standardized reporting
* Crafting compelling data stories to support sales pitches, case studies, and other key deliverables
* Partnering with Product and Ad Tech teams to provide input on reporting capabilities based on client feedback
* Integrating knowledge across the Customer Insights & Analytics team to bring relevant insights to arenaflex's LMN Insights team and the broader retail media business
**What You'll Do**
* Create annual strategic learning plans for business(es) supported, aligning with arenaflex's overall business objectives
* Lead Quarterly Business Review Process with top clients, ensuring alignment and optimization of media investments
* Serve as a subject matter expert for media performance reporting, providing insights and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders
* Synthesize disparate data from multiple sources to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth
* Develop and codify best practices in media performance evaluation, data visualization, and standardized reporting
* Craft compelling data stories to support sales pitches, case studies, and other key deliverables
* Partner with Product and Ad Tech teams to provide input on reporting capabilities based on client feedback
* Integrate knowledge across the Customer Insights & Analytics team to bring relevant insights to arenaflex's LMN Insights team and the broader retail media business
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, Econometrics, Information Sciences, or Applied Quantitative
* 5 years of experience in insights and analytics, with a focus on retail media or general media analytics
* Proven experience in analytical, decision-making, and project management
* Experience storytelling with data and presenting data stories in a compelling and easy-to-understand way
* Experience with A/B testing and experimentation
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
* Experience working with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or similar tools
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Market Research, Behavioral Psychology, MBA)
* Proven experience leading teams and driving business impact
* Experience managing global teams and working in a retail environment
* Familiarity with analytic/research software (e.g., SPSS, Wincross, Sawtooth, SAS, Decipher, Qualtrics, etc.)

**Compensation and Benefits**
* Pay range: $95,500.00 - $159,200.00 annually
* Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience
