As a Local Success Coach, you'll have the following key responsibilities:
* **Cultivate and maintain robust relationships** with families and Au Pairs in your local area, ensuring a strong support network for all.
* **Guide families through the Au Pair matching process**, providing clear explanations of program policies and expectations to ensure a smooth transition.
* **Conduct in-home interviews** to prepare families for welcoming an Au Pair, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
* **Facilitate in-home orientations** for newly arrived Au Pairs, ensuring a smooth transition and providing essential information about the program and their role.
* **Maintain ongoing communication** with both families and Au Pairs through phone calls and in-person meetings, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
* **Organize local cultural events** that promote engagement and connection among Au Pairs, fostering a sense of community and belonging.
* **Collaborate effectively** with headquarters staff to deliver exceptional support to families and Au Pairs, ensuring a seamless experience for all.
