**The Role**
As a Loan Origination Specialist, Customer Service, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer experiences and ensuring seamless loan origination processes. Your responsibilities will include:
* Handling client inquiries and problems throughout the loan application process
* Maintaining in-depth knowledge of loan products and systems
* Managing numerous individual customer accounts with confidentiality and security
* Working with internal departments to resolve issues and track, document, and report continuous client issues, lending habits, and system problems
* Providing trustworthy, supportive, and individualized customer care
* Assisting with document verification and other projects as needed

**Compensation and Benefits**
* Starting at $18.25/hour
* Additional $1 per hour when working closing shifts
* Monthly bonus up to $800
* Hybrid workweek with Monday – Thursday in our Blue Ash office and Friday option to work from home
