**The Role**

**Key Responsibilities**

* Assist customers in finding products, services, discounts, and refund policies

* Provide customers with accurate and helpful information to resolve their queries
* Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
**Requirements**
* A device such as a phone, tablet, or laptop that can access social media and website chat functions
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Availability of at least 20 hours per week, with flexibility to work up to 40 hours per week
* Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and resolve issues effectively
* Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changes in the live chat platform and client requirements
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet customer needs and deadlines
**Training and Support**
arenaflex provides comprehensive training to all Live Chat Support Specialists, covering the company's products, services, discounts, refund policies, and chat support procedures. Our training program is designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills you need to succeed in this role, and our support team is always available to answer questions and provide guidance.
**Contract Length and Rate**
There is no fixed-term contract length for this job, and the rate is $25-$35 per hour, depending on experience. We offer a competitive hourly rate and opportunities for career growth and advancement.
