Responsibilities
As a Live Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that customers receive accurate and complete information about arenaflex products and services.
- Resolving product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions, maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Assisting customers with order placement, tracking, and returns, providing clear and concise instructions to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Documenting customer interactions and issues accurately in the system, ensuring that all customer information is up-to-date and secure.
- Working various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to ensure that our customers receive support 24/7.
Requirements
