Our company culture is built on the values of teamwork, empathy, and continuous learning, and we're always looking for talented individuals who share our vision. **Responsibilities** As a Live Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns * Evaluating customer interactions and elevating issues to the Online Chat Manager when appropriate * Creating relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs * Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately * Promoting interest in client products and services * Consistently achieving established standards of the position * Continually portraying and projecting a positive and professional image * Providing administrative support to the customer service team * May assist with overflow work and other duties as needed **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A strong work ethic with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment * PC keyboarding and internet experience needed * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal * An upbeat, positive attitude and professional demeanor * Articulate and well-accustomed to a client-facing role * Ability to compose professional emails (a plus) * Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English * Basic technical skills (able to navigate through smartphone and computer applications) * An upbeat, positive, kind, and empathetic personality **Additional Information** As a Live Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including: * Company equity program * Medical, dental, life, and vision insurance * Unlimited paid time off * Paid family leave * Short-term disability * 401k plan * Reimbursement for education and professional development * Employee assistance program **Available Shifts and Compensation** We're flexible and offer a range of shifts to suit your needs. You'll be working from home, and we're available all days except Sundays and Saturdays.
