**Responsibilities**
As a Live Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to help resolve customer issues and concerns
* Providing product and service information to customers, ensuring that they have a clear understanding of our offerings and how they can benefit from them
* Scheduling appointments and capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review
* Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, ensuring that our clients have a clear understanding of customer preferences and concerns
* Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments
* Collaborating with our team to identify areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance our customer service experience
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred, but not necessary
* Basic internet and window-based computer skills, including proficiency in Google Chrome and Microsoft Office
* Strong ability to multitask, with a focus on providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
* Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a dynamic work environment
* Gaming experience is a plus, as it demonstrates your ability to think critically and solve problems quickly
**Requirements**
To be considered for this role, you must:
* Reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, or Wisconsin
* Own your own computer or laptop with a webcam and microphone
* Be able to attend four weeks of paid, remote training via Zoom, Tuesday through Saturday, from 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM EDT
* Be able to work five days a week, including a Saturday or Sunday
* Be available to work a minimum of 40 hours per week
