**What You'll Do:**
As a Live-Chat Remote Representative, you'll be the frontline of our customer service, providing top-notch support to passengers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless travel experience. Your responsibilities will include:
* Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat, providing accurate information on reservations, flight details, baggage policies, and more.
* Assisting customers with booking flights, making changes to existing reservations, and processing payments.
* Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, including flight disruptions, lost luggage, and itinerary changes, with empathy and efficiency.
* Collaborating with other departments to ensure consistent and effective communication and problem resolution.
* Continuously updating knowledge of airline policies, procedures, and promotions to provide the highest level of service.
**Requirements:**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote or online chat environment.
* Excellent written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
