**Job Summary**
As a Live Chat Customer Support Agent, you'll be responsible for managing customer queries and complaints through live chat, processing orders and modifications promptly, escalating complaints when necessary, and maintaining a calm and professional demeanor with customers. You'll be working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where no two interactions are the same, and you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills in customer service, problem-solving, and communication.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage customer queries and complaints through live chat, ensuring that every interaction is resolved efficiently and effectively
* Process orders and modifications promptly, ensuring that customers receive their products and services on time
* Escalate complaints when necessary, working closely with internal teams to resolve issues and prevent future occurrences
* Maintain a calm and professional demeanor with customers, even in challenging situations
* Utilize computer systems to assist customers effectively, including customer service software and other tools
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
**Essential Qualifications**
* Previous experience in customer service or a related field, preferably with live chat support experience
* Strong ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
* Demonstrated ability to handle difficult situations with ease, remaining calm and professional under pressure
* Proficient in using computers and customer service software
* Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a focus on finding creative solutions to complex customer issues
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on customer service and problem-solving
* Additional certifications in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)

* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends and patterns in customer data

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Additional certifications in customer service preferred but not required

* At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service roles, preferably with live chat support experience
* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment, with a focus on live chat support
