**Responsibilities:**
As a Live Chat Customer Service Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Responding to all incoming queries from potential customers in a timely and professional manner, providing detailed and convincing responses that instill confidence and trust.
* Converting incoming queries from potential customers into new orders, utilizing your exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
* Responding to all incoming queries from active customers while their orders are being processed, ensuring seamless support and minimizing any potential issues.
* Responding to all incoming queries from old customers, providing personalized support and building long-term relationships.
* Logging the number of leads and sales at the end of each shift, providing valuable insights for team improvement and growth.
* Collaborating with our AI tool to answer questions in a convincing way, and recording any unknown questions to build responses for future use.
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat or remote support role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide creative solutions.
* Proficiency in using live chat software and tools, with experience in managing multiple conversations simultaneously.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high volume of messages and a focus on meeting deadlines.
* Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality in all interactions.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience working in a global customer support team, with a focus on international clients.
* Knowledge of the US company registration industry and taxation services.
