**Job Summary**
As an Entry-Level Live Chat Assistant, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat interactions with our clients. You'll be responsible for engaging with customers in real-time, resolving their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner, and maintaining a positive and helpful attitude while interacting with them. You'll also have the opportunity to collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
