**Position Summary**
As a Licensed Pharmacy Technician/Call Center Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our pharmacy customers through inbound calls, emails, and letters. You'll serve as a customer advocate, researching and resolving customer concerns in a timely and proficient manner. Your collaboration skills will be essential in partnering with field management, category managers, and other departments to resolve customer issues.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to customer calls made to our 1-800-SHOP-CVS line in a manner that reflects careerzynith's purpose and values
* Provide superb customer service skills to assist pharmacy customers in an inbound customer contact center setting
* Serve as a customer advocate, researching, responding, or interpreting company procedures or policies to delight our valuable pharmacy customers
* Collaborate with field management, category managers, and other departments to resolve customer concerns in a timely and proficient manner
* Review and process incoming phone calls, emails, and letters, and respond to customers either on the phone or via written communications
* Uphold careerzynith's goals of delivery through the execution of customer service excellence
**Required Qualifications**
* Resident of Arizona, Alaska, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, or Vermont due to regulatory and licensing compliance
* Possess or able to obtain Pharmacy Technician licensure in state of residence prior to start date
* 1+ years of experience in a Customer Service environment
* Proficient to advanced PC skills required, including MS Windows-based applications
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Call Center experience with a focus on excellence in service delivery
* Bilingual Spanish
**Education**
* Verifiable High School diploma, GED or equivalent experience
**Pay Range**
* The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $17.00 - $31.30
* This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls
* The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors
