**Responsibilities**
As a Licensed Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Actively listening to and asking questions to identify customer needs and preferences
* Advising customers on plan options, coverages, and pricing to ensure they have the right insurance solutions for their needs
* Processing new and/or amended enrollments in a timely and accurate manner
* Ensuring that customers have authentic experiences with our company, from initial contact to resolution
* Delivering expert customer experiences with a smile, even in challenging situations
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry
* An active Personal Lines resident license to sell insurance
* A high school diploma or GED
* Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with the ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously
* Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing processes
* A passion for helping others and a patient, empathetic nature
* The ability to pass a background check
* Residency in the United States or a valid U.S. address for residence
**Nice-to-Haves**
While not required, having the following skills and qualifications can be beneficial:
* Bilingual in Spanish (preferred for higher pay rate)
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
