As a Licensed Customer Service Advocate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inbound calls, and selling applicable products to existing customers. Our team is passionate about making a positive impact on our customers' lives, and we are seeking like-minded individuals to join our mission. **Role Requirements and Responsibilities:** * Handle inbound calls from existing customers with service needs, including billing issues, changes to current policies, inquiries, claims, and sales * Sell applicable products to customers on all calls * Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and exceeding customer expectations * Work in a fast-paced call center environment, handling multiple calls simultaneously * Meet or exceed sales and service metrics, including productivity and quality standards * Collaborate with the Work Force Management Department to determine schedules and ensure seamless call center operations * Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge **Licensing Requirements:** * Hold an active life and health insurance license in your resident state (NPN will be required for proof prior to offer) * Ability to become licensed in all 50 states * Maintain up-to-date licenses and certifications, with no late fees or fines attached * CAPTIVE position, with no active open book of business in any lines of insurance **Training Requirements:** * Virtual training sessions, Monday through Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm CST/ 8:30am-5:00pm EST * Training hours will be determined in collaboration with the Work Force Management Department **Skills and Competencies:** * Sales and customer service experience, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales and service metrics * Life insurance experience a plus * Technical and computer-based skills, including proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools * Strong phone communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple calls simultaneously * Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth **Work from Home Requirements:** * High-speed internet connection, set up and paid for at your own expense * Internet service must be fixed-line, with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (subject to change based on business needs) * Internet service cannot be wireless, fixed wireless, hotspot, Wi-Fi, 5G, LTE, or cellular network-based * Must be hardwired from router/modem to the computer (docking station if provided) **Compensation and Benefits:** * Competitive annual salary, ranging from $38,000 to $45,000 * Monthly bonus opportunity based on service and sales metrics * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance * Paid time off, including vacation, sick leave, and holidays * Ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge **Career Growth Opportunities:** * arenaflex is committed to the growth and development of our team members, with opportunities for advancement and professional growth * Collaborate with experienced professionals to enhance skills and knowledge * Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices **Work Environment and Company Culture:** * arenaflex is a dynamic and growing organization that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning * Our team is passionate about making a positive impact on our customers' lives, and we are seeking like-minded individuals to join our mission * Collaborate with experienced professionals in a fast-paced call center environment * Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge **How to Apply:** If you are a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for sales, customer service, and life insurance, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
