**About the WW Customer Trust Training – LXD Team**
We're a dynamic team of Learning Experience Designers, Project/Program Managers, and Managers who are dedicated to creating great learning experiences for associates and investigators. Our primary responsibility is to design and develop training programs that support new hires, upskilling, and other trainings, providing our employees with the resources they need to excel in their roles. We're passionate about improving learner capabilities and performance through continuous learning, inclusive curriculum design, localization, video-based learning, enhanced practice, proactive maintenance of our curricula, and measuring the learner experience through customer feedback and curriculum evaluation.
**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Learning Experience Designer on our team, you'll have the opportunity to design and develop learning programs that impact all new hires and tenured investigators within the Payment Risk Operations (PRO) vertical. Your key responsibilities will include:
* **Developing Engaging Learning Experiences**: Create interactive and engaging e-learning content using authoring tools like Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, Captivate, or similar development tools to improve on-the-job performance.
* **Curriculum Maintenance and Implementation**: Manage and execute curriculum maintenance review and implementation cycles to ensure our learning experiences are always up-to-date and relevant.
* **Mentoring and Coaching**: Mentor or coach new LXDs and apprentices on design and processes to help them grow and develop in their roles.
* **Consulting with Customers**: Consult with customers to define the problem to be solved and the best solution to that problem, ensuring our learning experiences meet their needs and expectations.
* **Process Improvement**: Contribute to the improvement of processes and curriculum templates to minimize the development time for new training materials, ensuring we're always working efficiently and effectively.
* **Program Consulting**: Employ project management skills and tools to manage multiple medium to large-scale projects from analysis through delivery concurrently, ensuring our learning experiences are delivered on time and to a high standard.
* **Data-Driven Insights**: Embed data collection and feedback mechanisms throughout our learning solutions to generate data-driven, actionable insights into the Investigator Learning Experience, leading efforts to drive continuous performance improvement from those insights.
* **Collaboration and Stakeholder Management**: Collaborate effectively with global stakeholder teams, including Training Delivery, Learner Performance, Operations, Quality, and GPO, to identify knowledge gaps and develop technical and non-technical training content.
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* 5+ years of program or project management experience
* 5+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
* 5+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
* Bachelor's degree
* Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:
* 5+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience
* 5+ years of driving process improvements experience
* 3+ years of managing stakeholders in cross-functional project experience
* 3+ years of change management experience
