**Job Summary**
As an IT Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing expert technical support to our internal clients, ensuring that their IT needs are met promptly and efficiently. You'll work closely with our TSG team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, implement new technologies, and maintain our network and desktop infrastructure. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional technical support to internal clients, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to network and desktop infrastructure
* Collaborate with the TSG team to implement new technologies and maintain existing systems, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to business operations
* Conduct site visits to investigate technical issues and provide on-site support as needed
* Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, troubleshooting procedures, and technical specifications
* Participate in on-call rotations to provide after-hours support and ensure business continuity
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our IT services and support
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
* 2+ years of experience in IT support, with a focus on network and desktop infrastructure
* Strong technical skills, including:
+ Microsoft Windows operating systems (client/server)
+ Cisco VPN, Citrix, Phantom, Symantec, and other related technologies
+ Familiarity with dynamic registry and internet browsers
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Specialized certifications, such as A+, Network+, or MCP
* Experience with cloud-based technologies, including AWS or Azure
* Familiarity with IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL
* Strong knowledge of security best practices and compliance regulations
