**Responsibilities and Duties**
As an IT Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Sharing your passion for our brand with customers and providing them with expert advice and guidance
* Using our brand's products and services to stay up-to-date on the latest features and benefits
* Familiarizing yourself with our brand site and media, as well as competitor products and services
* Comparing and analyzing competitor products to provide customers with informed recommendations
* Demonstrating empathy and understanding when dealing with customers in stressful situations
* Typing at least 35 wpm and communicating clearly in text form to provide exceptional customer support
**Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 5+ years of experience in the IT industry, with a strong understanding of large corporate or hospital IT systems (a plus)
* Familiarity with top operating systems and brand environments
* A passion for helping others with large-scale electronic purchasing needs
* The ability to explain complex concepts at a customer's knowledge level
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment
**Compensation and Perks**
