**Responsibilities and Duties**
As an IT Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Sharing your passion for arenaflex with customers and providing them with expert advice and support
* Utilizing arenaflex's products and services to deliver exceptional customer experiences
* Familiarizing yourself with the arenaflex site and media, as well as competitor products and services
* Comparing and analyzing competitor products to provide customers with informed recommendations
* Demonstrating empathy and understanding in stressful situations, ensuring customers feel heard and supported
* Collaborating with other arenaflex teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
**Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 5+ years of experience in the IT industry, with a strong understanding of large corporate or hospital IT systems (a plus)
* Familiarity with top operating systems and brand environments
* A passion for helping others with large-scale electronic purchasing needs
* The ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner, tailored to the customer's knowledge level
* Strong typing skills (at least 35 wpm) and excellent communication skills in text form
* A strong understanding of arenaflex's products and services, as well as competitor offerings
