**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Insurance Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to customers over the phone, answering their questions, and resolving their issues related to insurance policies. Your main tasks will include:
* Gathering and verifying customer information
* Entering data into forms
* Answering questions about insurance policies
* Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
**Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to inbound phone calls from customers and provide timely and effective support
* Gather and verify customer information, including policy details and contact information
* Enter data into forms and update customer records as necessary
* Answer questions about insurance policies, including coverage, premiums, and claims
* Resolve customer issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1+ year of experience in customer support, preferably in the insurance industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer issues and provide effective solutions
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 45 WPM
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Experience with data entry and customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Knowledge of insurance policies and procedures
