**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Insurance Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers over the phone, addressing their queries, and resolving issues related to insurance policies. Your primary tasks will include:
* Gathering and verifying customer information
* Entering data into forms and systems
* Answering questions about insurance policies and procedures
* Providing accurate and timely solutions to customer inquiries
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues
**Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to inbound phone calls from customers, addressing their queries and resolving issues related to insurance policies
* Gather and verify customer information, ensuring accuracy and completeness
* Enter data into forms and systems, maintaining high levels of data integrity and quality
* Answer questions about insurance policies and procedures, providing clear and concise information
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of arenaflex software platforms and insurance industry developments
* Adhere to arenaflex's quality standards and customer service guidelines
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1+ year of experience in customer support, preferably in the insurance industry
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues
* Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office applications
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities
* Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 45 WPM
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with arenaflex software platforms or similar insurance industry software
* Knowledge of insurance industry regulations and compliance requirements
* Certification in customer service or a related field
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Proficiency in multiple languages
