We're seeking an experienced and licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team, working from the comfort of your own home. As a key member of our Insurance Call Center, you'll play a vital role in delivering top-notch service, resolving customer inquiries, and driving business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**
As an Insurance Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling property & casualty (p&c) related customer service and/or billing inquiries and problems via the telephone
* Providing customers with plan coverage information, quotes, policy changes, and policy change impacts to premium
* Reviewing and updating policies to enhance retention and better meet the needs of the consumer
* Counseling policyholders on appropriate coverage, policy limits, payment options, and state laws that will best meet their needs for sufficient protection against risks covered by Property and Casualty insurance
* Making recommendations and/or changes to the policy and gaining policyholder acceptance to process the changes
* Receiving and responding to calls and emails received by the insurance service center, documenting all activity in EPIC
* Utilizing knowledge of insurance industry and club insurance agency policies and procedures to provide efficient and professional customer service
* Identifying opportunities to apply discounts, processing insurance verification forms for insured, and acting as liaison for information exchange between customer and insurance companies
* Processing changes to policies within EPIC and submitting changes to specific companies
* Following up with company to ensure change requests have been processed in a timely manner
* Reviewing policy information and references company-specific claims procedures to assist insured in filing claims
* Mailing insured documentation to be signed and returned as necessary, following up to ensure documentation has been returned in a timely manner from member/customer
* Recognizing cross-sell opportunities (membership and insurance) and obtaining quote information

**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* High school diploma or equivalent and 3+ years of increasingly complex customer service experience in an insurance environment
* Property and Casualty insurance license required
* Membership license preferred and/or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment

**Work Schedule**
This is a full-time position, working Monday - Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. CST, with rotating Saturdays with the team. Saturday hours would be 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
