**Comprehensive Training and Development**

**Flexible Work Arrangements**
After completing our in-office development program, you'll have the opportunity to work from home two days a week. We also offer a shift differential of 15% for hours worked after 6:00pm EST and any hours worked on Saturday or Sunday.
**Licensing and Certification**
As part of our licensing training program, you'll be required to obtain a property and casualty license for your state of residency by your third week of employment. We provide all study materials and pay for up to three licensing exam attempts.
**Key Responsibilities**
As an Insurance Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service and support to our members across multiple contact channels
* Facilitating the Property & Casualty member experience by handling inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, or other contacts from members
* Applying developing knowledge of personal lines' insurance to assist members with foundational to moderately complex quotes, binding new business, rating, policy, billing, payment, underwriting, contract, and coverage provisions
* Maintaining respective trailing documents for all states
* Identifying, evaluating, and understanding member needs to consistently provide complete and accurate advice and solutions for insurance products and services
* Efficiently operating in a contact center environment and navigating multiple systems and programs while maintaining an engaging member interaction
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a contact center environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
