About the Role and Responsibilities
As an Insurance Claims Representative, you will be responsible for enrolling, servicing, and adjudicating insurance policies and claims for our Retail and Warranty products. Your duties will include investigating claims, maintaining state compliance, making decisions on claims, and interacting with customers to ensure timely and effective resolutions. You will also research warranties and repair estimates, making outbound calls to businesses and manufacturers as needed. We are looking for a team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and can work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple demands and shifting priorities.
- Investigate claims using available tools to settle them quickly and efficiently

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
