**The Role**

* Follow conversation prompts and scripts when handling different topics, while also using your discretion to provide personalized solutions
* Identify customers' needs, clarify their information, research their issues, and provide solutions and/or alternatives to solve their problems
* Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise, ensuring that customers are aware of the full range of services and solutions available to them
* Build sustainable relationships with customers by going the extra mile, providing exceptional service, and exceeding their expectations
* Keep accessible, comprehensive records of all conversations in our call center database, ensuring that customer information is accurate and up-to-date

* Meet or exceed personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets, demonstrating your ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
**Requirements**
* Previous experience in a customer support role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations
* Strong phone and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
* Active listening skills, with the ability to understand and address customer concerns in a timely and effective manner
* Comfortability with CRM systems and best practices, with the ability to navigate and utilize our call center database with ease
* Empathetic customer focus, with the ability to manage many different personality types and provide personalized solutions to each customer
* Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
* High school degree, with a strong foundation in communication, customer service, and problem-solving
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous experience in a remote or work-from-home environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service in a virtual setting

* Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM)
