**Job Summary**
As an Inbound Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, and your role will be critical in building trust, resolving issues, and providing solutions that meet their needs. **Key Responsibilities**
As an Inbound Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
* Answering phone calls from customers professionally and responding to their inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner
* Focusing on customer retention and providing customers with the organization's service standards
* Identifying, escalating, and reporting priority issues to high-level management
* Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources and following up on complicated customer calls as required
* Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in our CRM system
* Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to properly handle and document complaints and inquiries
* Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken
* Performing other duties as assigned by management
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Bilingual (a plus)
* Some sales and customer service experience
* Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication with proper grammar
* Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
* Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Some experience with MS Excel (a plus)
* Ability to react effectively and calmly in escalated situations
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications and skills are highly desirable:
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the energy or utility industry
* Experience with CRM systems and customer service software
* Knowledge of energy-related products and services
* Certification in customer service or a related field
