**Responsibilities**
As an Inbound Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat. Your primary goal will be to provide accurate information about our products and services, schedule appointments, and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review. You'll also be responsible for summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review and developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our evolving products and services.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
* Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat
* Providing accurate information about our products and services via online chat
* Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments
* Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review
* Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review
* Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our evolving products and services
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a strong ability to multitask, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a positive and professional demeanor. Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary. You'll also need to have basic internet and window-based computer skills, as well as the ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
