**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced HR Data Entry Specialist to provide critical support to our Human Resources department. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for organizing and auditing employee files, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards. You'll also be responsible for uploading and managing employee documents on ADP's Document Cloud from our SharePoint site, developing and implementing efficient processes for file management and retrieval, and reorganizing HR administrative electronic folders.
**Responsibilities**
As an HR Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to our organization. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Organizing and auditing employee files to ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards
* Uploading and managing employee documents on ADP's Document Cloud from our SharePoint site
* Developing and implementing efficient processes for file management and retrieval
* Reorganizing HR administrative electronic folders and establishing a consistent naming convention for easy file access
* Ability to find and organize both paper and online documents relating to employees and HR processes
* Collaborating with HR staff to identify and address any discrepancies or gaps in documentation
* Communicating progress and updates to the HR team regularly
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
* Proven experience in HR administration or a similar role, with a focus on file organization and compliance
* Familiarity with SharePoint is essential
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills
* Exceptionally detail-oriented yet fast-paced
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
* Good communication skills to liaise effectively with HR team members
* Creative problem-solver with a fast-learning ability and adaptability to new systems
* Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices is preferred
* Ability to work independently with little supervision or guidance while managing multiple tasks
* Proven clerical or administrative skills
* Proficient and comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite and other computer software
* Knowledge of rules, standards, and online security regarding file organization and maintenance

**Work Schedule**
This is a part-time role with flexible hours, and you'll have the opportunity to work remotely after the training phase. The specific schedule and contract duration will be determined based on project needs.
**Requirements**
* Must live near D.C for the required in-person training week

**Compensation**
The salary for this role is $23 - $25 per hour, and you'll have the opportunity to work a first shift with hours from 8 AM - 4 PM.
**Education**
No degree is required for this role.
