As we continue to grow and expand our services, we're seeking an experienced Healthcare Patient Customer Service Representative to join our team. **Job Summary:** We're looking for a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Healthcare Patient Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our revenue cycle management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, resolving EOB and balance issues, and managing patient refunds.
