**Job Summary**
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that meet the unique needs of our clients' customers. You'll be responsible for addressing customer concerns, providing support, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. **Responsibilities**
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
* Assisting customers with issues and concerns they're experiencing during the use of our clients' products and services
* Documenting call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
* Maintaining and updating customer information as necessary
* Upselling current customers on new or enhanced services to meet their evolving needs
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support
* Providing exceptional customer service through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Customer service experience is a plus, but not required
* Strong computer navigational skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
* Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams
* Exceptional listening and comprehension skills, with the ability to understand and address customer concerns

**Work Environment**
As a Work From Home (WFH) representative, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. To ensure your success in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
* Your Work From Home environment must be in a private residence, located at the address listed on your personnel file
* arenaflex will provide the equipment you need to conduct your work, which may include a webcam
* You'll need to provide an Internet/Broadband Internet Connection - DSL or Cable only. No Satellite, Dial-up, or Wireless Internet connections will be accepted
* Your workstation must be connected directly to the Internet with proof that your ISP meets a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and minimum upload speed of 3 Mbps
**Physical Demands**
This role requires constant sedentary work, with minimal physical demands. You'll need to be able to sit for extended periods, use a computer and phone, and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
