**Job Summary:**
We're seeking an experienced Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer experience team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients and their customers. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, utilizing your excellent communication skills, technical abilities, and passion for customer care to make a real difference in people's lives.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Professionally handle a high volume of incoming calls, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
- Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, assess and fulfill customer needs, and educate customers where applicable regarding products and services.
- Utilize and navigate multiple systems simultaneously, staying organized and focused on delivering exceptional results.
- Be dependable and meet all attendance requirements, demonstrating a strong commitment to your role and our team.
- Resolve customer issues via one-call resolution guidelines and/or escalated process, always striving to exceed customer expectations.
- Meet or exceed company and client performance metrics, continuously evaluating and identifying opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact our clients and their customers.
- Maintain a balance between company policy and client benefit in decision-making, always prioritizing customer satisfaction and well-being.
- Responsible for call disposition or compiling and documenting customer information as required, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to accept and embrace changes within the current business environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check, ensuring a safe and secure work environment.
- A dedicated area to work from in your home, with a wired Ethernet connection and high-speed internet access (20 Mb/s download and 10 Mb/s upload speeds).
- Demonstrated passion for excellence in treating and caring for customers, especially senior citizens.
- Strong decision-making and analytical abilities, with the ability to identify customer needs and articulate products and services.
- Schedule flexibility to include weekends, evenings, possible holidays, and occasional overtime.
- Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Meet all attendance and dependability requirements, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to our team.
**Work at Home Set-Up Requirements:**
- Standard Connect and Speed Wired Ethernet connection (25 Mb/s download and 10 Mb/s upload speeds).
- Two 21" monitors (you will supply one, and arenaflex will provide one).
- Hard-wired Broadband Internet Service via DSL, Cable, or Fiber Optic.
- The use of wireless connections to access arenaflex Work at Home systems at any time is prohibited, even if the connection is encrypted. Additionally, Satellite, Microwave, and Cellular Hotspot Internet Services are not permitted or accepted.
- Headset: Employee to provide one of the following headsets is required: Plantronics 3320 Blackwire, Plantronics 3220 Blackwire, Plantronics 5220 Blackwire, or Plantronics EncorePro 520 + DA80 USB Plug Adapter.
- arenaflex will supply: Keyboard, Mouse, and Webcam.
